Where do I drop off donations?
Please drop off donations at the back door.
Should I call ahead before donating?
If you need a truck to transport your items, please call us at 616.396.8870 to make arrangements. Otherwise, show up at your convenience.
Are certain times preferred for dropping off donations?
You can deliver clothing and household items to the back of the store any time between 10 and 4 PM. Between 4 and 7 PM, either ring the bell at the back door or call ahead. Plus, you can always come in the front and talk to a volunteer who will be ready to help.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes, if they’re in good condition.
Do you provide a receipt?
Yes. We provide a signed, itemized sheet of your donation(s).

What happens to donated items you don’t sell?
Items we can’t sell, for any of a number of reasons, will either be given to Holland Missions or recycled, as appropriate.
Are there any items you don’t accept?
Yes. We don’t accept:
- Baby walkers on wheels
- Car seats
- Non-working appliances
- Non-working electronics
- Organs
- Pianos
- Printers without ink
- Scanners without installation software
- Soiled mattresses
- Unsafe cribs
- Water beds
- Water heaters
